User License Agreement for
Elfin Planet™
Products
The following End User License Agreement contains use terms that apply to all Elfin Planet™ Factory Products. Factory Elfins™ are presently offered in the following productized varieties:
Factory Branded
The Elfin Planet™ logo and URL are embedded in all Factory Branded Elfin™ images. They are received FREE of charge in exchange for the visitor's e-mail address and acknowledgement that the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement have been read, understood, and agreed to.
Factory Sheer
The Elfin Planet™ logo and URL have been removed from all Factory Sheer Elfin™ images. They are received upon receipt of payment and acknowledgement that the the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement have been read, understood, and agreed to.
Factory Tailored (individual)
Factory Tailored (individual) Elfin™ images refer to Elfins™ in our existing inventory that have additional text embedded in the image for personalization. They are received upon receipt of payment and acknowledgement that the the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement have been read, understood, and agreed to. Factory Tailored (individual) Elfin™ images are licensed to a specific individual (as opposed to an organization), and are limited to text only. Text is limited to 25 characters. Limited font color options are available. The font type and size are fixed. Factory Tailored (individual) Elfin™ images are offered at a fixed price due to the limitations imposed for personalization options and the individual use terms imposed.
Factory Tailored (corporate)
Factory Tailored (corporate) Elfin™ images refer to Elfins™ in our existing inventory that have additional text and/or company logo embedded in the image for personalization. They are received upon receipt of payment and acknowledgement that the the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement have been read, understood, and agreed to. Factory Tailored (corporate) Elfins™ are licensed to a specific organization (as opposed to an individual), and are not limited to text. Corporate logos, taglines, URLs, etc. can be incorporated into existing Elfins™ and can use various font types, sizes, colors, etc. depending on the requirements. Factory Tailored (corporate) Elfins™ are offered at a quoted price per project due to the wide variety of options offered for personalization and their less restrictive commercial use terms.
Restrictions that apply universally to all Factory Elfin Products:
1. You may NOT place Elfin Planet™ animations in, or build, an image collection, archive, gallery, electronic greeting, postcard site, clipart site, or any other type of project that would encourage visitors to download or save Elfin Planet™ images. You absolutely may not give permission to redistribute Elfin Planet™ animations in any way.
2. Images can not be used to create or promote immoral, scandalous or obscene works.
3. You may NOT use Elfin Planet™ images in any project that is similar to Elfin Planet™ or competes with the services or products offered by Elfin Planet™.
Specific Use Terms Per Product
Terms of Use specific to our "Factory Branded" Elfin™ images:
You may not alter "Factory Branded" Elfin™ images in any way or attempt to change or remove the Elfin Planet™ logo or URL embedded within.
Visitors to Elfin Planet™ that obtain our "Factory Branded" Elfin™ images may use these images only for their personal projects, such as personal web sites, presentations and emails. In no way may our "Factory Branded" Elfin™ images be used in commercial and professional projects, web sites or presentations without first negotiating an agreement with Elfin Planet™ - a division of SiteLightning™, Inc. "Factory Branded" Elfin™ images may be used in corporate e-mails, provided they are used only by the organization member that supplied his/her e-mail address to Elfin Planet™ to obtain the image.
Terms of Use specific to our "Factory Sheer" Elfin™ images:
Customers obtaining our "Factory Sheer" Elfin™ images may use these images only for their personal projects, such as personal web sites, presentations and emails. In no way may our "Factory Sheer" Elfin™ images be used in commercial and professional projects, web sites or presentations without first negotiating an agreement with Elfin Planet - a division of SiteLightning™, Inc. "Factory Sheer" Elfin™ images may be used in corporate e-mails provided that they only be included in correspondence using the purchaser's corporate e-mail account.
Terms of Use specific to our "FactoryTailored (individual)" Elfin™ images:
Customers obtaining our "FactoryTailored (individual)" Elfin™ images may use these images only for their personal projects, such as personal web sites, presentations and emails. In no way may our "FactoryTailored (individual)" Elfin™ images be used in commercial and professional projects, web sites or presentations without first negotiating an agreement with Elfin Planet™ - a division of SiteLightning™, Inc. "FactoryTailored (individual)" Elfin™ images may be used in corporate e-mails provided that they only be included in correspondence using the purchaser's corporate e-mail account.
Terms of Use specific to our "FactoryTailored (corporate)" Elfin™ images:
Customers obtaining our "FactoryTailored (corporate)" Elfin™ images may use these images for commercial projects such as company web sites, intranets, extranets, and presentations. "FactoryTailored (corporate)" Elfin™ images may be used in corporate e-mails by the same number of employees stipulated on the quote form submitted to Elfin Planet™ as the quoted cost is in part formulated by a per employee license cost. Additional employee licensing may be obtained at any time for a nominal per employee fee by contacting sales@elfinplanet.com.
The content of Elfin Planet™ is the sole property of Elfin Planet™, a division of SiteLightning™, Inc. All images contained within are Copyrighted.
